For purposes of voting and elections the state of Minnesota is divided in precincts.  Everyone lives in a precinct.  Your precinct is a division of a city or town, used for a specific purpose, such as voting.  A caucus is a gathering of neighbors for the purpose of discussing issues and organizing the local political party.

All political parties across the state at the same time on the same night and for the same purpose.   This year all parties will meet on February 3, 2026.
